I had 2 individuals come to our home to quote on having our existing deck sanded back and re-oiled.  The first fellow did not even arrive with a tape measure or note pad, honestly I feel like he had no interest in the work.  The second did not ever end up sending me through the quote, so again disappointing. 

 

Then Scott from Rejuvadeck arrived, he was a breath of fresh air.  Scott turned up when he said he would, he sent me the quote that night and told me the lead time as to when he could start.  Scott also had sample pieces of timber to show me so that was also very helpful.  Scott your open communication during the week of work was beyond expectation and greatly appreciated.  We have used many tradies over the years but none have come close to your professionalism and passion for the work you do.  The quality of the work completed is outstanding and your attention to detail would be hard to match.  You take so much pride is your work and being a perfectionist is an understatement, in a good way of course.  Not having to do any tidy up after you had finished for the day was also a bonus and did not go unnoticed.

 

I would recommend you in a heartbeat so well done on an awesome job and tradie experience.
